Segmentify’s vision is to create a better online shopping experience by personalizing it for each visitor, thus increasing online sales for ecommerce businesses. Segmentify is a personalization platform for ecommerce businesses that is powered by machine-learning technology. It allows ecommerce businesses to track, recognize, and target every single website visitor and recommend products that are most likely to appeal to them based on their unique interests. In other words, Segmentify is like a shop-assistant at an offline store who knows the customer and can give them helpful recommendations.

Ergin Eroğlu
CEO: Ergin Eroglu holds B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU). He has MBA degree for Management Information Systems (MIS) from same university. He is an experienced software developer on many areas including parallel computing, image processing and highly scalable systems. He has managed software teams with 10+ team members in his previous employments. He is an experienced entrepreneur with previous startups about virtual fitting room (Hipmoni), marketplace for events and tours (Turgezgini) and online retail (Pretty Ruffles), which he has a successful exit. He designed overall technical and system architecture of Segmentify and developed MVP. He has strong background in web architecture, parallel computing and Big Data; with more than 10+ years of full stack web development.

Murat Soysal
CMO: Murat Soysal holds B.S. and M.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU). He is currently continuing his PhD studies at the same department focusing on recommender systems at real-time applications. He started his career in Turkey's Technologic Research Center (TÜBİTAK) as a researcher in Data Mining and Machine Learning. He continued as project manager for NATO and EU funded projects with total budget over €25M. He is an experienced manager with strong technical background in recommender systems and machine learning. Murat is mainly focusing on the business side and increasing the sales with the support of marketing activities.
